You may also take ferry from Central or Wan Chai to Tsim Sha Tsui, it's within walking distance as most of the museums are around the same areas! Or search for this video at YouTube - How to get to Symphony of Lights from Star Ferry at Tsim Sha Tsui (the museum is near to Avenue of Stars). There are videos how to walk to Symphony of Lights from Tsim Sha Tsui too, but note that East Tsim Sha Tsui is nearer to Art Museum.
