Much of the public discourse about arming Ukraine has revolved around whether the United States will send “long range” weapons. But that can mean different things.

Strasbourg: European Parliament, the legislative body of the European Union, has passed a resolution to lift current restrictions hindering Ukraine from using Western weapons systems against legitimate military targets in Russia.
